Pros

Some talented staff who genuinely make the place okay to work in. There is a level of skill and experience to gain from a company like this, 6-12 months at most then move on. Otherwise you are settling for a simple job with fed up people.

Cons

- Redundancies continuously, lies from senior management - Talented people thrust into management positions with no actual skills on how to manage people - Favouritism - Talented staff fired unfairly - People surviving redundancies not based on merit but based on lower salary - Some people team management have a reputation of 'don't get on my bad side or you are fired'. Have seen this in action over the past 2 years. - Unhealthy toxic culture behind the scenes. This company has been given the handbook on how to run a fast growing tech company but with all the actual good advice redacted.
