Pros

*Great people to work with and within SOME teams

Cons

*Culture feels forced *Lack of directional leadership *They have a vision but struggle to communicate it from the top to the bottom *Leadership are very good at gaslighting employees at feedback. Exhibit A - They say they take the feedback survey serious but never truly address the concerns from it. That is gaslighting *Stopping forcing people back to the office for 3 days when they do not want to.

Pros

No longer see any pros

Cons

Bullying tolerated as BAU, gender discrimination like never seen before, political favourites are the only ones who thrive. You're either in with the old boys club or you're exited (stealth firing or mass firing) if you disagree with the In Crowd. There are no female VPs or Directors in Tech and zero growth potential for the few female and non-binary who were not run out the door by the abject sexism and discrimination. Benefits are minimal, interest in the actual wellbeing and development of staff does not exist. You end up being overworked and with zero opportunities to grow or learn.

Pros

Decent food options, good benefits, high pay

Cons

No culture. Everyone is depressed and quitting because of the mandated 3 days in-office policy. If upper management loosened on this rule, we wouldn't have lost a lot of really good people.
