      The company has a great benefits package and allows time away when needed.

      Cons

      A majority of Senior Management is jumping ship in the Dallas Region due to the current lack of leadership and not trusting the Regional Team.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Having to work in the heat, rain, and snow. Retail hours, working most Saturdays, and most federal holidays. You have to drink the cool aid to be able to survive in the purchasing office. Monthly file reviews and micromanaging at its finest.

      Pros

      Decent employee discount on parts and their used car inventory. Interesting and usually helpful team. Inventory is of higher than average quality with a warranty. High ethical standards throughout organisation.

      Cons

      Reconsider if you're uncomfortable with: - Being micro-managed. Make no mistake, this is a corporate environment. - Developing a sales pitch that is largely scripted per corporate defined content. - Heading up the financing aspect & frequently presenting sub-prime loans. - Working until 9:00 P.M. on frequent Saturdays. - Having 100% of your incoming & outgoing calls (in the "eOffice") recorded and scrutinized. - Lack of confidentiality in conversations with management & team members.
