Pros

Very competitive pay for entry-level sales, good stock option plan, it was a good entry-level job to obtain valid sales experience. They do give you all of the tools and training that you need to be successful.

Cons

There are no "raises" for sales consultants. I worked there for 4 years, and the base rate per vehicle never changed (meanwhile inflation did!). Some people had worked there 10+ years without the base rate ever changing. Management's solution to this problem? "Sell more cars!"

Pros

Everyone is wonderful to work with always positive and helpful. Great training and communication in the office and other departments. There are always opportunities for growth if desired.
