You make your own money. Control how much you make.

Cons

A little underpaid, hard to really make a great living at a smaller store. The bigger stores are extremely easy to make great money.

Pros

They are extremely understanding of what you want to do for a career and in your personal life. I told them when I started that my career goal was not with them and they were happy to work with me and continue to help me with my goal. The GM even offered that I could work there part time if I wanted when I get to my goal. I will also say that the company knows what they are doing. They lead the industry in used car sales and have built a massive company on being honest and straight forward about everything.

Cons

There are many meetings and training times that you do not get paid for. I suppose in the end it is all in your best interest but there are some that seem pointless.

Pros

The community get a great quality product. The training to serve the community is very detailed. Great teamwork spirit in the workplace.

Cons

To much fucus on saving cost that is negatively impacting the quality of the product. The focus on waste reduction is negatively impacting the moral of the associates. The after sales service experience has become a battle with the consumer.
