I resigned yesterday from the Boynton Beach, FL store. I was a Sales Consultant. The sales management team is very inexperienced. They only coach employees when their numbers are not up to target. They sit and watch employees verbally abuse each other, often in front of the customer and if the abuser is a friend of the manager then they look the other way. I made the mistake of pointing this out to one of the managers and not only didn't he want to hear about it he actually defended the abusers.

The commission is terrible ($160 for selling a car, which can take 2 hours or 2 months), the hours are long (shifts are 9-10 hours five days a week, and you ALWAYS end up having to come in early, stay late, or come in on your day off), and management only cares about the store making budget so they can get a bonus, so they don't care if they give your customer to another Sales Consultant and you lose your commission, because as long as the unit still gets sold, they're closer to their bonus.
