Weekends off & benefits

Cons

Sick time needs to be accumulated, good luck calling in sick when you have no time, you'll get 1 point for every time you call in and have no time, at 5-6 points you'll be terminated no questions asked. People drop like flies there very inconsistent. (You'll be very familiar with the word "inconsistent" they give inconsistent observations everyday)

Food cafeterias are great and teams are welcoming and encouraging

Cons

Management is not good when it comes to assessing a beginners abilities, does not welcome modern ideas, low pay, higher authorities do not care about your efforts and try to gain biased credit
