Pros

Lenient with cell phones and other devices on the call center floor.

Cons

Everything else! All they do is talk about what they gonna do but no action behind it. Every department manager expect for the guy are obnoxious bullies. They aren’t a fortune 100 company because of the customer service department. The customer service departments is trash and management is a whole joke. All they do is scroll Instagram all day and prance around socializing. It’s a circus. The pay is low too!
