Management team is nice and respectful

You will work for pennies and will be overworked outing in 50 hrs a week just to get caught up, never will get caught up

Pros

$14.50 coming in the door. Great monthly incentive program. They promote within before posting to public. Tuition reimbursement ( even if not related to carmax) Fast advancement if you work hard. Super understanding management. Schedules are made a month in advance so you have adequate time to switch with coworker or put in a request. Super great benefits and affordable.

Cons

If you don’t live on the Northside the commute to Kennesaw is a bit much. The hours are: 2 morning shifts (8-5) 1 midday (11-7) and 2 evenings (2-10)<—- just examples and a rotating Saturday
