2 weeks of training and role playing. 2 weeks of on-the-job training (nesting) where you work closely with managers and co-workers to take leads (inbound)

Cons

Not always easy to get answers to questions on the production floor answered quickly.

Sales team has to split their sales commission if the customer goes online and holds a car or even calls in and gives their number and email address.
