Pros

Good place for someone to learn some basic sales skills and how to deal with people from all different levels of society.

Cons

Company has more rules and regulations, followed by more evaluations than is necessary. Corporate and Local Management is almost "Cult Like" in their dedication to the company. Almost to the point of very little creativity. Corporate Offices in Richmond has people in positions that really not very rounded in their business experience. "In Breeding" is the best way to describe the long-term planning. Sales Training both initial and continuous is poor at best. Need to get some people in this department who know both the job and how to train adult learners. Part Timers are disposable, and it is difficult to make any real money because of the many splits in the compensation methods. Also, number of hours needed to be successful as a part timer almost boarders on Full Time without any benefits.

Nothing except coworkers and building relationships with customers

Cons

Management sucks, pay sucks, working every single weekend only getting one weekend every 6 weeks sucks. If managers don’t like you they will do anything they can to get you fired

Three days off every 6 weeks

Cons

You lose half of your commission when a customer does anything online. Before the call center the customer would talk to a sales person from the store and that person would get the whole commission. Now when you call any store it goes straight to a call center. Which means you would lose half of your pay. Also if a customer returns a car within 7days you lose the whole commission.
