Pros

Decent healthcare options, though nothing exceptional — standard Fortune 500 plans. Employees are generally friendly and supportive. Compensation appears to be competitive.

Cons

Typical corporation — cares more about shareholder stock than its employees. Lack of communication from leadership. Impossible to grow within the company; you’re fully responsible for your own development. Corporate greed — cut employee bonuses in 2023 while executives still raked in millions. “Do the right thing” only applies to employees, not the leadership team. They claim to put people first but continue to lay off employees without notice. Promotions are based on favoritism, not skill, performance, or merit.
