Learn a new field for my resume and work experience.

Cons

Horrible work environment. If you disagree even slightly with management(mind you they are always asking for employee opinions and outlook) you will immediately have a target on your back. The upper management is clearly showing favoritism, and only care about makin money. The office feels like a high school lunch room, and EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT EVERYONE, managers included. In fact the managers will say things to stir the pot amongst the employees.

Highly liberal time off policies, predictable promotion track, excellent work-life balance, a powerfully collegial culture, emphasis on health and fitness, true "40 hour week." There is a large focus placed on happiness and fulfillment in the workplace. Flexibility in work schedules goes along with that. Employee purchase program is a huge perk!

Cons

Bills itself as being "like a management consultant, but internal." Don't fool yourself. The work is not as demanding, and the compensation clearly reflects that. Initial training program and continuing guidance were mediocre at best.
