Pros

Easy Schedule around 40-42 hours, relaxed uniform, get to be outside a lot.

Cons

Tough to get promoted because of competition, very strict environment, outside in bad weather sometimes, they fire a lot of buyers, high turnover.

Pros

Everyone so far has been nice and friendly. I am still in training and have not yet been on the sales floor.

Cons

Sometimes I have to think is this too good to be true?

Pros

I spend most of the time driving new cars around and sometimes driving between dealerships which is pretty fun especially when getting paid to do it.

Cons

It's fast paced so it's hard to get time to get training done towards follow-on certifications.
