Good place to learn the business.

Cons

To make real money you have to move up and when you move up you are put into the worse performing departments or stores and asked to fix the mistakes of upper management. Some how they keep their jobs....

Pros

Great benefits, including discount on cars. Business casual dress code. The work is really easy.

Cons

Management LOVES to micromanage. Do NOT speak out or you will be punished. Pay is not bad but even if you have management experience good luck getting a slight bump in pay. It's not about how hard you work but who you know if you want to gain favor in the department.

Pros

Fellow coworkers were awesome. That is really the only pro, and that is not really a reflection of the company.

Cons

Management at the Kearny mesa location in San Diego is so shady and plays favorites. It's impossible to do well unless you're friends with the managers. They nitpick about stuff like being literally one minute late, yet sales consultants do super shady things to make sales and no one bats an eye.
