Pros

Lovely environment, absolutely lovely. The place is very laid back as long as you get your work done. Even if you're falling behind, asking for help is not the end of the world. People here are glad to help each other out. Company events really help you bond with your group of coworkers.

Cons

All the higher-ups are content with their position which means there isn't much room for moving up. One department was extremely lenient so I didn't get any feedback on what I could be improving on.

Good training program. Benefits after 1 month. Car discounts. Flexible schedule. Family comes first.

Cons

Expensive health insurance. VERY low commission. Crappy hours. Rotating 6 week schedule. Management CONSTANTLY on you for updates on the status of your leads. Advancement limited.

Pros

Great, paid training program, upward mobility, normal hours, good people. This is a great company to work for, if you want to make a career or just want to make a decent living.

Cons

Disconnected, overbearing upper management. Must be able to bounce back from rejection. A lot of tasks to complete with little downtime.
