Pros

Great culture. Very supportive management. Associate development is important and you have opportunities to better yourself if you choose.

Cons

Retail hours/weekends/holidays. 50% of work is outdoors so be prepared to get wet, cold, etc.

Pros

Really nice people, friendly environment, lots of feedback, and constant training. The process is definitely streamlined and customers do claim they have great experiences and send referrals. The no-haggle policy takes away that particular stress and game-playing you find at other dealerships.

Cons

Because sales managers are motivated to make their bonus, some of there are not very good at being transparent and the empowerment piece gets outweighed by constant criticism--this is different from critical feedback. Unless you are in president's club, there is no consistency in your schedule, which makes it so difficult to do volunteer work and even find time to work out. This position will also have you do so much work that is not directly related to being in front of the customer and gets frustrating because you know you are not making any money from the efforts you are putting forth. The trick is to constantly adjust your attitude and know there is a natural wave in commission sales; you are going to have a terrible month, but it will be followed by a much better month because the nature of these sales is widely about being in the right place at the right time.

Customers are fun to work with. Lots of them come for a good car.

Cons

Many cars are not fully recondition like claimed. Do to the Arbatration Agreement, they are now between a rock and a heartless corporation.
