Many companies pay the project bonus in the industry monthly promptly. But here it was thought as a complimentary, company is providing. The half yearly project bonus rules are employer friendly. The amount is paid with much delay (after 6 months, again you have to wait a quarter and again you should be in the same project during that time...the list of dependencies will only increase from time to time) They have many ways to stop the project bonus payment. Most of the employees are exploited here. No one can question that. The ultimate answer they give is "MANAGEMENT DECISION" The recognition RMG team seated at the office gets, the actual employees working at the client site will never get.
