Pros
Ok, you get a good benefits package. And the leave isn't too shabby. Also I've never met a manager who was annoying about what time I arrived in the morning or left in the evening. So the work/life balance is respected on the whole. Things are pretty project and objective based.
Cons
I found that the management was not very good about finding out who wanted to do what and helping them realise that need, even though there is a lot of talk about "the employee makes his career". I've been stuck in a testing and functional capacity for a year, whereas I asked at the interview and at every encounter with management to be put on development.
