Pros

Nice place to work. More and more work with number of projects Mandatory 9 hours work with access swipe tracking Strict disciplinary action rules

Cons

Less employee friendly Less recognition to employees working at india client sites Delayed project bonus to employees working at india client sites Project star awards are currently stopped. Earlier when the project star awards were given, then also delayed announcement of awards(after one or one and half year). Only the management knows when was the last time, the project star awards were given Some arrogant India business heads Very much cost conscious at the cost of employee minimum satisfaction In India, variable pay is yearly once and that too after 3 months passed in the next year. So your due amount is much delayed, bcoz of company rules. Many companies pay variable pay quarterly/halfyearly/monthly Project bonuses (for working hard /made to work hard at the client place) are at the mercy of the middle/high level management. Many companies pay the project bonus in the industry monthly promptly. But here it was thought as a complimentary, company is providing. The half yearly project bonus rules are employer friendly. The amount is paid with much delay (after 6 months, again you have to wait a quarter and again you should be in the same project during that time...the list of dependencies will only increase from time to time) They have many ways to stop the project bonus payment. Most of the employees are exploited here. No one can question that. The ultimate answer they give is "MANAGEMENT DECISION" The recognition RMG team seated at the office gets, the actual employees working at the client site will never get.

Cons

I was laid off after spending several months on the bench, with "lack of available projects" cited as the reason. However, another consultant in the same role who was also without an active client engagement was retained. As a woman and racial minority, I could not ignore the disparity in how these decisions appeared to be made. Before my termination, I reported being recorded without my consent and raised concerns about conduct that I believed reflected implicit bias. I was referred to as "URM" instead of by my name or role, encouraged toward race based employee resource groups rather than meaningful career opportunities, and repeatedly advocated for fair project placement while on the bench. My employment ended shortly after I raised these concerns. Following my termination, I pursued the matter through the appropriate internal and legal channels. I provided documentation supporting my concerns and gave the company multiple opportunities to investigate and resolve the issues. Rather than meaningfully addressing the evidence or acknowledging the seriousness of the allegations, the company denied wrongdoing, offered what I viewed as a nominal severance, and declined to accept accountability. Employees deserve confidence that concerns about discrimination and retaliation will be investigated objectively and fairly. My experience left me with the opposite impression.
