      Pros

      The work here is interesting and allows me to learn new things and pursue my own professional development. The benefits are really good (lots of options, affordable) and the vacation allotment is generous. They just acquired another company, so it seems they are interested in growth.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are conflicting messages from management, and people are not sure what they should be focusing on.

      Before the US corp office was closed, US employees enjoyed a great 401K match and good salaries.

      Cons

      Company moved corporate functions to the Indian based business units. US leaders were / are not valued and are resented by legacy Aricent peers.
