      No Pros in PES Products Mobile Domain team

      Cons

      PES Products Mobile Domain team managements are not upto the mark. This teams vision is very poor. Management has no good experience in managing a team. They cannot keep their team happy. The Director of the team has no technical knowledge, he always asks technical staff to take open source code and use it to do some thing.

      Talented seniors always help out Good learning opportunities

      Cons

      Strict deadlines and time shifts even though flexible timing is there (for name sake) Dumb managers who treat freshers as their slaves High linguistic politics in giving promotions and ratings and learning opportunities Not at all concerned about the well being of the employees. No comp off or allowance for weekend work and night shifts. No humanity at all
