Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and positive experiences. Capco promotes a culture of empowerment, enabling and encouraging employees to take on responsibility within their role and also through contribution activities within the firm if they choose. We recognize that occasionally, employees may find themselves in a role which does not fully align with their career aspirations. If this is the case then we encourage you to speak with your Coach or HR team.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As per your review, one of the things we hear time and again about Capco is how our people make the firm. Consulting is a people business and we pride ourselves on our unique culture at Capco which is brought to life through our people. It's disappointing to hear that you find the environment competitive and isolating at times. There are lots of opportunities to get involved at Capco, even when working remotely. Please reach out to your Coach or HR team if you require further support.

Pros

There are countless ways to grow and develop quickly as long as you are motivated. Employees have the opportunity to drive their own careers, but can do so with the comfort of having a coach to help you navigate the way. Joining directly after graduating from college was perfect because the training program prepares you to hit the ground running, rather than being thrown into a job that you are not yet prepared for.

Cons

Promotions seem to be increasing difficult to achieve

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As you mention, our Associate Talent Program for new graduates or those changing career, provides new consultants with a thorough grounding in consulting at Capco. We want to ensure that our graduates have the skills to take on roles which challenge them and enable them to take on responsibility from early in their career, along with the ongoing support they need from their Manager, Coach and HR team. Capco prides itself on it's culture of meritocracy and 'no time in grade' policy. If an employee demonstrates consistent performance at the next level then they can be considered for promotion. If you would like to discuss progression opportunities further, please reach out to the HR team.
