One of the worse experiences of more than 15 years in my professional career in FS. Bullying, bodyshopping, too much bench time, lack of direction from senior management, broken promises - need I go on?! Worth taking 10%-20% less elsewhere than working for this incompetent organisation.

Capco prides itself on its unique culture which people often describe has the feel of a start up due to the lack of hierarchy, bureaucracy and openness to new ideas and initiatives. As a fast-growing and highly successful consulting firm, Capco offers employees autonomy and empowerment as well as a wide range of career and development opportunities. Cons

Not alot, but need to stay clear of BAU roles, not really consulting. Owned by FIS but no major initiative for mobility across the different companies. All about billabilty

There is little hierarchy at Capco, which makes it easy to approach employees at all levels and provides easy access to those with subject matter expertise.
