Pros

Did not find anything good.

Cons

1. Heavy internal politics. 2. Culture feels like a typical service-based setup despite different claims during hiring. 3. Work is driven by client needs, not your role or career alignment. 4. Requesting profile-aligned work may not be well received. 5. HR seems more aligned with leadership than employee concerns. 6. Overall, not a positive experience, especially if you’re looking for growth beyond service-based culture.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At Capco, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive culture where people feel heard, valued, and able to grow. As a client-focused organization, our work is naturally shaped by client needs. At the same time, our dedicated Resourcing teams actively work to balance these needs with individual career aspirations, aiming to align people to roles where they can develop and have meaningful impact. We encourage employees to have open conversations about their goals with their managers, coaches, and HR Business Partners, who are there to provide guidance and support. We also want to ensure that everyone has opportunities to share feedback and be heard. At Capco India, there are multiple forums available, including Town Halls and Huddle sessions, where employees can raise questions, share ideas, and influence how we continue to evolve. Our “Find Your Place, Know Your Impact” pillar reinforces this by encouraging individuals to take an active role in shaping their experience and contributing to the broader organization. Our recent engagement survey results reflect this. We take all feedback seriously, including perspectives on culture and internal processes, and continue to focus on creating an environment where merit, collaboration, and transparency are prioritized.

Pros

Some people are decent in the organization, have no idea why they stay on , other than that cant say anything positive

Cons

Lack of clarity Just a glorified body shopping organization Expectation is to be in the office 4 days a week and do the work of 4 people People are escaping the madness as soon as they can They talk about technology delivery but all they do is glorified project management with not enough technical depth If you are experienced and want to grow this is not the place

Pros

Flexibility, some people and management is good and WFH

Cons

Where do I start? -They give random projects to people -They hire people on requirment basis urgently and then lay them off within 6 months - Sudden layoff - bench periods are crazy - Partiality towards existing employees of the firm - This company is collapsing and the projects are very short term - They are heavily dependent on HSBC as their client. If projects go from HSBC then Capco is doomed. - They layoff people every dec and it's become a norm - Don't fall for positive reviews as they are all forcefully taken by HR - When people get calls from Capco they do not even want to join the company out of fear of layoffs. - Hikes are non existent and some promises while hiring are not kept - HR only does sweet talk
