Pros

Good reward if you can boss, don't have to work much, just please him

Cons

No proper management. Policies are not transparent. They keep on changing as per the requirement of the management. No proper career plan for the employee, can be asked to do anything irrespective of the expertise of the employee.

Pros

Capco has outstanding culture and smart people. People here are driven to make the company do well, not because they have to but because they want to.

Cons

Capco North America is run out of New York and they're very dismissive of anything that is not New York based. Leadership in NY don't seem to understand how to sell "the big deal" and typically act as an obstruction to areas that do.
