Pros

Capco celebrates culture like no other consulting firm. To highlight this point, the firm hosted 800 people across North America to a 3-day offsite team building / training session in beautiful Puerto Rico at a exclusive resort property. The event was filled with creativity, influential leaders, high profile speakers, and passion-fueled team integration that combined effective high-energy team collaboration. Furthermore, in consistently building out and investing in learning and development, the firm hosted two more learning events in Orlando and Scottsdale, both of which were intense and one-of-a-kind experiences.

Cons

Not enough people joining the firm fast enough to keep up with the growing pipeline.

Pros

I am still new to the firm, but I have really enjoyed my time at Capco so far. The biggest pros include - Entrepreneurial feel with a big vision for the future. Capco is very nimble in trying new things and getting to market quickly - Diverse, fun, smart and engaged colleagues. - Strong performance culture, with the opportunity for great compensation - Commitment to employees and building and maintaining a great culture - they just sent the entire North American firm for an incredible 4-day offsite in Puerto Rico

Cons

- Lacks infrastructure of big firms and internal processes can be confusing - As a smaller, younger firm there are fewer clients and projects, which might lead to less diversity in the work - Some growing pains, particularly at the mid-levels (as expected) as the company moves from a small start-up to a mid-size firm

Pros

The people truly are Capco's best asset. You collaborate with smart individuals who enjoy working with each other. Everyone seems to be on the same page. The projects and clients are interesting, and all within financial services. The interview process turned around quickly and the stories of the great culture and chance to own your career from the recruiter were verified by the interviewers and seen during my time here. You get great access to senior management/partners and everyone is very genuine to help each other out. There's always something going on whether to increase our knowledge or to meet other consultants, all whilst having fun. You need to check out the ilab, it's very cool and a great example of how Capco are investing in being the best in the business.

Cons

- If you want to coast then this is not the place for you. You will be expected to work hard (and at times work late but this is no different with any other consultancy) but you will be challenged and rewarded as such. - NA is growing rapidly, especially in the NY area, so far senior management are doing a good job managing the process and ensuring nothing slips through the gaps, I'm hopeful that they'll keep it up.
