Thank you for your feedback although we are disappointed to read about your experience at Capco. The principles you reference are embedded throughout the firm, including our Be Yourself at Work ethos where we encourage employees to bring their authentic selves to work and empower individuals at all levels of the organization. As with any consulting organization, our projects vary in nature and this is reflected in the size of the project and account teams. There is a variety of support available to all individuals both on and off their project including the account leadership team, coach and HR Business Partner. We would encourage any employee who feels they need additional support to reach out.

We are disappointed to read your comments on our firm. Our leadership team cares deeply about our people and as a responsible business, we take a considered approach to hiring based on client demand and the market. The current demand for consulting services has moderated somewhat due to the current economic climate. However, Capco continues to have a wide portfolio of clients and projects. Like many businesses at this time, we are taking steps to ensure the future success of Capco, and as a result, a very limited number of employee who have been in the bench for a prolonged period of time have left the business. Contrary to your comments, we have an experienced leadership team in India, many of whom have a long tenure at Capco- and who have presided over record levels of growth in Capco India. As a global business, our regional leaders collaborate together and our India leadership team is working on projects with more regions than ever before. Our HR team is also committed to providing outstanding support to our people and has played a pivotal role in the recruitment, onboarding and development of our people during the unprecedented growth in headcount we’ve seen since 2020.
