We would encourage you to speak with your HR or Leadership team if you have feedback or suggestions you would like to share in this regard. To say that we do not provide development is untrue. The firm promotes a wide range of technical and personal training as other comments on this forum testify. In addition, the firm generally receives strong feedback on the people we employ and the inclusive and engaging culture we foster at Capco.
