We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At Capco, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive culture where people feel heard, valued, and able to grow.
As a client-focused organization, our work is naturally shaped by client needs. At the same time, our dedicated Resourcing teams actively work to balance these needs with individual career aspirations, aiming to align people to roles where they can develop and have meaningful impact. We encourage employees to have open conversations about their goals with their managers, coaches, and HR Business Partners, who are there to provide guidance and support.
We also want to ensure that everyone has opportunities to share feedback and be heard. At Capco India, there are multiple forums available, including Town Halls and Huddle sessions, where employees can raise questions, share ideas, and influence how we continue to evolve. Our “Find Your Place, Know Your Impact” pillar reinforces this by encouraging individuals to take an active role in shaping their experience and contributing to the broader organization. Our recent engagement survey results reflect this.
We take all feedback seriously, including perspectives on culture and internal processes, and continue to focus on creating an environment where merit, collaboration, and transparency are prioritized.
