Pros

Stepping stone for entry-levelers. Some good people amongst many.

Cons

Heavy on IT work (implementation). Minimal strategy engagements. Management is not engaged enough, keep to themselves a lot. Typical bland office environment.

Used to have great leadershp and go getter mentality at the time. (new leadership now...)

Cons

As with any consulting job, unpredictable hours. For a bonus you have to do work outside your normal hours and job description.
