Pros

Great community members who will inevitably become your friends.

Cons

Lack of leadership support, lack of support for L&D opportunities, extremely slow promotion cycles. People who stay loyal to Capco are paid a lot less than less competent external hires. Expectation for community work is another full time job which is unpaid.

Not interesting projects, You cannot escape from projects you don't like and senior managers make fake promises, Projects rarely match your career aspirations, High staff turnover
