Pros

Company trips, awesome people, great office and if you are play the game right you will be remunerated.

Cons

Work flow is unpredictable, never a 9-5 job.

We also seek to recognize and reward our employees fairly through market-leading compensation and benefits, and through other perks such as social events, off-sites and awards programs. We have a robust performance management process in place, to ensure that employees are rewarded fairly based on their performance and contribution to Capco. As with any professional services organization, consulting is not a 9-5 career choice. Where an employee is working long hours for a sustained period, and this is an issue, we would recommend that they speak with their manager, coach or HR representative. As a firm, we always strive to promote a positive work life balance wherever possible.

Great environment for self driven determination. Can usually work as much as is required to complete tasks.

Cons

Needs a little updating to processes and procedures.

As the firm has grown, and more recently, as we have transitioned to become independent, we are working on some of our internal processes and infrastructure to ensure that these meet the needs of our people, and also the business as we continue to grow.

Pros

Nice offices , coffee machines, games table for lunch time, break out areas

Cons

If you are not a revenue generator you are not well thought of. Global company but does not act Globally. Very Regionally centred

Thank you for your review, however we are disappointed to read some of your comments. We aim to provide a working environment which meets the needs of our people, and promotes well-being. This includes open spaces, and break-out areas. Many employees have given their input into the design of our offices. At Capco, no one is just a number, and all employees regardless of level or business area are assessed and evaluated in twice-yearly review cycles. This allows us to ensure that our people are fairly recognized and rewarded for their contribution to the firm. The firm's One Capco strategy is about promoting a more global approach, while still recognizing and supporting all the great things that happen in our regions.
