Long way to go for Maturity in this Organization - Capco India

1. Currently being part of FIS group - that is the greatest pro point - Brand name 2. FIS Managers should take over and implement good policies from FIS 3. Some of Capco Europe and Capco Americas employees specially the local people are really talented and good to work with as they understand Logic and Business 4. Webinars on Banking stuff are useful and with purpose

Cons

1. Projects are managed like family business. Managers promote self promotion in Capco India 2. Employees who are in good books of managers can get away with awards and recognition without working and wasting time in office. 3. No work life balance in spite of Shift policy. Money cannot give balance to people. Odd hour jobs are more. 4. Get hired for a role and end up doing some Support and Maintenance activities only. 5. Career prospects are limited unless you are in good books of these self promoting managers. 6. Not good for long term for laterals. Limited opportunities and more politics. 7. HR doesn't treat all employees equally. HR is biased. 8. Bonds are put on employees for short duration onsite travel, promotions which are baseless.
