      Flexibility is outstanding. Telecommuting is very common

      Cons

      More managers than workers. Everyone has an opinion but no one wants to do the work. Too many meetings and lack of recognition overall for the people that really matter and provide value to the company.

      good insurance plan, 3 weeks vacation at the start of your permanency.

      Cons

      hard to take back your banked time when YOU want to. Hiring freeze every year means you work like a dog to compensate the lack of staff for 3 months, then when targets are not met, they hire. Moving a lot of their Level 1 activities off-shore (read India - they call it best-shore!) to satisfy shareholders expectations and save (make) more money. Business-Unit are split up in a way that, even if you work as hard or harder than your colleague in another business-unit, you don't get a bonus (or a mediocre one). Some people get the flowers, others get the flower pot.
