      Pros

      Flexibility is nice. The majority of your co-workers are friendly and fun to work with. Benefits such as health, 401k matching, stock option matching, and even profit sharing are nice.

      Cons

      Biggest problem with CGI is the lack of training/growth. When you are on a project there IS no mentoring for being a PM, team lead, etc. If you work hard and do well they might consider you as a lead. The majority of leads and pms come from the outside so again NO growth/mentoring from within. Once you join CGI-AMS you will get a great starting salary...after that % of raises are few and far in between.

      Pros

      Flexible to my schooling, very little responsibility, you can slack off all day if that is your style. Fortunately there are other people like myself who are capable of picking up the slack

      Cons

      Bad pay and compensation, I had to rely on Canadian labor board more than I've to force them to uphold contractual terms
