Bluelink is the ecosystem that allows for unlimited exploration, growth, and self-improvement. The company places a clear emphasis on personal and career development, providing various resources and opportunities to help us succeed. Of course this is mainly for those who are willing and looking for it! And even for those who are not, still can work in peace. I haven't come across a more generous benefits package, at least not in the region. Especially for those who love to travel and self-care. As for the management, every team faces its set of hurdles. But once you find the rhythm and build that connection, it's all smooth sailing. I've encountered leaders here who prioritize clear communication, transparency, and welcome constructive insights.

Cons

Like any relationship, my journey with this company has seen its ups and downs. It's challenging for me to highlight specific downsides when considering the broader picture. While many might bring up the topic of salaries, there was considerable improvements in this area over recent years.
