Young and dynamic people. Always trying too hard to manage pressure.

Cons

A disorganized mgt structure, leaving those miscreants called team leaders and mentors feeling like kings and queens of the ring. I advice you up your career elsewhere not with these vindictive low-brainers. They claim to be a team, but look for ways to hind growth. Total waste of time.

Very nice people, Rotativity very big because the employer bad conditions.

Cons

Too many brown noses. They are the only ones which got promoted not because of competence. High management lie to employees. I would advise to take one recorder to each meeting.
