Pros

Fully paid trainings. Development - the team leaders know that after certain time the job can get routine and monotone and they try to help one out with the development of one's potential and skills by providing new product trainings, giving extra projects to work on, etc.. Internal promotions - it cannot help you that you will get a Teamleader who has never done your job or who does not know how it feels to have an unpleasant customer on the phone. Supportive colleagues - people around you who are ready and willing to help out, quite frankly the most amazing working atmosphere I have ever experienced in my entire career. In Bluelink counts the way you do your work not for how long you do it - if one has performance above average and performs well constantly for a year one has higher chances to be promoted than one who works in the company for 5 years with a performance deeply below average - sounds fair to me. Flexible shifts - I am aware that for some people the shifts working system is rather one of the Cons but I pretty much enjoy the fact that I can work some weekends and therefore have some free time during the week as well as the fact that if I express my wishes regarding the shift planning I always get what I want.

Cons

Benefit system - should be thought through, namely better organized as the benefits themselves are actually nice I very much enjoy the dynamic environment and lively atmosphere but I can as well imagine that for some individuals this can cause certain level of stress
