Pros

Loads of people from all around the world - as foreigner you will feel great here as the people who are here for longer time or the locals will show you where to go or what to do in your free time, nice and friendly guys in management - no snobs, at least in the department where I work :) the team leaders are usualy very close to the age of the agents themselves so it is easier to approach them, they are very informal which I like but if needed they can be pretty strict as well, which in my eyes makes sense as well. Like the working shifts that they are more flexible than in regular offices, one can go to a bank or do something which has to be done in the morning and then simply work afternoon. I believe the unit I work in is well organized and the people here feel well working here, I have as well learned that this differs a lot within the company from unit to unit - you simply have to chose wisely the unit where to work ;)

Cons

As here already mentioned: CLEANING!!! the company is so nicely equipped and has modern design why destroy it with dusty desks and sticky mouses or keyboards - wake up and fire the lazy cleaning company. More sport opportunities - more entrances for the fitness centers within a week, we have to sit the whole day - let us move a bit :)

Pros

I enjoyed 3 and a half years within the team and I have to say I had a great time! The training was quit hard for me, but to use all the learned things on phone was nice and challenging. If you love to deal with customers than it will be fantastic to work for this company! Nice working hours, lots of benefits, like free gym, language courses, reduced flight tickets, meal vouchers for lunch to use in different restaurants and supermakets, flexipasses which you can use for solarium, massages and so... As well nice events are organized by the company. You can improve your language skills while using them all the time, you can make lots of friends from different countrys and you can learn a lot about different cultures. Thanks to all my 3 teamleaders which assist me in any situation, even if I had privat problems to solve. If you are willing to work and not just sitting around than you will have a great time there.

Cons

I have to say, like others before, the cleaning staff has to be removed! It is very important to have a clean desk in front of you when you will start to work, because it is not the case that you have the same desk every day!
