Just the lack of information within the unit about how everything works, why things are done in a certain way and who is who.

The fact that I could stay in one single product: booking, and therefore become an expert. The cohesion with the team. I learned a lot of things.

Cons

None really. Just the salary could be a bit higher. It was not bad, but a little more is needed.

All people here are friendly, open, team players. I met a lot of interesting people and learned a lot. I am very grateful for the opportunity I was given to work at BlueLink.

Cons

Some customers are very rude and I could not deal with that anymore...
