      Pros

      Atmosphere, great opportunities. People are usually amazing and the turnover makes it easier to have good opportunities.

      Cons

      System breeding people's creativity and willingness to make some improvements. It should be more flexible in order to to unnecessary stress people.

      Pros

      Before I moved the CR I really appreciated help of the company - they have (at least they used to have :-) ) a relocation buddy who helped me with a lot of things such as finding the accommodation in Prague, etc. The HR department was very helpful anytime during my employment there, also my boss, team leader. People at Bluelink were very young, from all over the world. The diversity was very cool. The job itself started to be boring for me - and it was quite stressful, so I decided to move on. Spent a nice year there. I moved back to Germany.

      Pros

      A great year after my high school - I was not accepted to the Uni and was looking for a job abroad to fill a year... and I found this. It was a cool year in Prague. :-)

      Cons

      Break should not be so strict, maybe. But it has maybe changed already - were quite a lot of complaints about it.
