Pros

Bluelink has been my first employer, I have entered as a Brigade Worker and left the company as Workforce Manager. I had countless opportunities to learn and grow in proffesional skills thanks to very friendly environment and innovative approach to people management and technologies used in SSCs. The pros: - Multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment in all levels - permanent opportunity to grow - friendly / family environment - internal CRM tool development - innovative approach to OPS/admin tools - IT development infrastructure close-by and approachable - modern and pleasant working environment in Prague city center (awarded by CZ Office of the year)

Cons

Bluelink is a subsidiary of AF/KLM which controlls a lot of the processes and cash flow.

Misleading values, and agenda

Pros

Really great co-workers, very nice office area, it can be quite challenging and demanding ( wich can be seen as a positive or negative sometimes)

Cons

Humanly digital? really? Id say its robotically digital, they advertise the job in a very different light...and are always trying too hard to act like they are all so cool and fun but in reality they just want you to produce like a machine... They dont invest time in you learning archaic computer programs that are very difficult and not practical at all....they will try to jam all the information as quick as possible... and pressure you very much with exams and results from the second week of training....so they can save more time and money...wich they loose because people leave anyhow.. Pay is very low, they are very disorganized as whole company from top managment and down....
