      Pros

      International environment, very central, supportive team, possiblity to grow. Be ready to work hard, be nice, you will be liked. What happens or doesn't happen next is really up to you. You will learn loads and possibly make good friends (I certainly did). Team work is especially important there.

      Cons

      The pay could certainly be better. Stressful job. If you don't feel it, do something else.

      Young and dynamic people. Always trying too hard to manage pressure.

      Cons

      A disorganized mgt structure, leaving those miscreants called team leaders and mentors feeling like kings and queens of the ring. I advice you up your career elsewhere not with these vindictive low-brainers. They claim to be a team, but look for ways to hind growth. Total waste of time.
