Pros

A well organized training, great mentors, people in general - everyone is willing to help. Many career opportunities, it is possible to grow here very fast.

Cons

Understaffing is an issue. Many people left because of teal approach, but I liked it. It gives you more opportunities and more responsibilities but I admit it is not for everyone and it is not suitable for all teams. It was a nice experience to work here, I hoped to stay longer. I would stay if my personal situation didn't change.

Pros

I am just leaving the company - due to personal reasons, moving back to France. I learned a lot here and I hope I can use it in his future career. Possibilities to grow fast. The most I liked here the management - Aneta, it was always a pleasure working with her, calm management, no pressure but efficient. Also Aurelian and expert team are always very helpful. It was a very positive experience for me.

Cons

No complaints, I am very grateful for this experience.

The company has a potential, when I came there, I loved it. I liked the people and the job, I would like to stay in the same field but need to feel appreciated...

Cons

Management as a weak point of the company. Teal approach is a good idea but doesn't work in this company. The team was not ready for it, motivation was very low, agents were not proactive but it is also because they didn't have the time to be proactive...
