      MMS Canada - Stay Away!!!

      Pros

      Good products, had some great co-workers....many fired or have left

      Cons

      MMS Canada (IV Pumps and pyxis machines) turned into a horrible place to work.....good people being fired left right and center, or planning their exits. It used to be a great to work in under previous leadership but new leadership has no business at all running a team. I hope Sr. BD Canada leadership realises this and makes some changes!!!!! If you see a job posting for this division, please keep looking, you deserve better! (this review is for MMS only, things seem to be better in other BD divisions)

      Pros

      Onsite cafeteria and gym. Large company, many benefits.

      Cons

      Horrible management that makes it very clear that you are replaceable. Company values that do not trickle down. Daily changes, you can never keep up... yes one day, no the next.... they say blue, but you're expected to know they meant red. Horrible communication. Huge workload with daily "emergency" projects.

      Pros

      Company going through big mergers/acquisition and getting bigger. Probably good for folks who can survive politics. Average salaries but good pension benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      Frequent reorgs, layoffs every 3-6 months. generating lots of uncertainty. Very political environment. This place is all about who you know otherwise chances are your name will be in next layoff list. Great folks have been moving out or have been pushed out. Not a good place to be in for people bringing any innovative idea. Traditional folks don't get it, management won't recognize it and you'll get kicked out. Good place for average folks who can keep managers/peers "satisfied". TS management lacks vision, poor leaders at top making it harder for good folks to feel safe. Lots of inefficiencies in processes, leadership can't be trusted and asking any hard questions will put you in next layoffs list.
