Pros
Company going through big mergers/acquisition and getting bigger. Probably good for folks who can survive politics. Average salaries but good pension benefits and PTO.
Cons
Frequent reorgs, layoffs every 3-6 months. generating lots of uncertainty. Very political environment. This place is all about who you know otherwise chances are your name will be in next layoff list. Great folks have been moving out or have been pushed out. Not a good place to be in for people bringing any innovative idea. Traditional folks don't get it, management won't recognize it and you'll get kicked out. Good place for average folks who can keep managers/peers "satisfied". TS management lacks vision, poor leaders at top making it harder for good folks to feel safe. Lots of inefficiencies in processes, leadership can't be trusted and asking any hard questions will put you in next layoffs list.
