Pros

Great and relaxed atmosphere at the head office. Fantastic people and management making sure the business stays ahead of competition. Loads of opportunities to master new skills, be it strictly job related or interpersonal. Also career progression possible for good performers. Performance reviews are regular and well structured and actually do take place as it is monitored and encouraged by HR. One of the top employers to work for in the UK..

Cons

IT systems in need of a serious update. Location (albeit the new offices are stunning and the facilities are great so it can be easily forgotten while you're inside that you're based in the ever so boring part of Eastleigh)

Pros

The staff who keep going despite the deteriorating employment conditions

Cons

New employees earning less than us, only getting an 8 hour contract and being expected to work shifts at the manager’s discretion. Being forced to work over 30 weekends a year . Complete disregard for our life outside work Refusal to recognise a trade union sums up all that is going wrong
