Pros

fair on lunch breaks when you are an advisor on the shop floor they are quite flexible on what time you can go for lunches/breaks etc, part of kingfisher pension scheme opportunities to work you way up through training schemes

Cons

too many bosses, one will tell you to do one thing then another will tell you to do something else, before you know it you are getting bombarded with "why isnt that done? i asked you to do that" and so forth, i guess thats more human error really, had a manager walk by some loose packaging to then walk 20 ft towards me and say "go pick that up" seriously could have done it themselves!... anyways the company as a whole i really enjoyed

Pros

Pretty decent salary and company rewards. A professional, no messing around environment.

Cons

Lack of opportunity for progression in some positions. Very strict Kingfisher procedures, which can sometimes be way over the top. Compulsory promotion of B&Q products at tills.
