Helpful outlook on colleagues and customers, constant development plans in place, recruiting brilliant talent through assessment days and team building

Cons

- recruitment and deployment in smaller stores needs to be looked at, some deployment is way out of line, and to run a store with the base hours given is impossible.

I loved working for B&Q

I was with the company for 8 years startng in Ireland and moving to manchester to the trafford park and finally the stockport store. I have nothing but love for the company and my old workmates each store had the same structure and energtic atmosphere. I was sad to say my goodbyes 2 years ago.

Cons

There are no cons it is a great company to work for.
